Overview

At Urva, we value customer satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality, natural products. Once an order is confirmed, returns or refunds are generally not accepted. However, we are committed to providing a fair resolution in the following exceptional cases:


1. Damaged Product

If your product arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  • Notify us within 5 days of delivery via email at support@urvaorganic.com
  • Include the following details:
    • Order number
    • Image of the invoice
    • 1 image of the outer box
    • 2 clear images of the damaged product

📌 Note: In case of multiple-item orders, only the damaged product will be eligible for replacement.

We will promptly replace the product and ensure a smooth resolution. All emails will be responded to within 24-48 hours.


2. Missing Product

If any item from your order is missing:

  • Email us at support@urvaorganic.com within 5 days of delivery
  • Include:
    • Order number
    • Image of the invoice
    • 1 outer box image
    • 2 clear images of the opened package showing received items

🔄 Refunds are not possible for missing items, but we will immediately re-send the product after verification.

Our team will respond within 24-48 hours and offer full support.


3. Spoiled Product

If you receive a spoiled or unusable product:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery via support@urvaorganic.com
  • Share:
    • Order number
    • Date of packaging or manufacturing
    • Clear images or video of the issue

⚠️ Note: Due to the natural, handmade nature of our products, some variation in taste, texture, color, or aroma is normal and not eligible for return.

After reviewing the case, we will replace the product if spoilage is confirmed. A fair solution is always our priority.


Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will inform you of the approval status:

  • If approved, your refund will be Credited within 10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Refund timelines may vary based on your bank or credit card provider.

⏳ If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@urvaorganic.com.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card company
  3. Contact your bank

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Items purchased on sale cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only exchange products if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange:

  • Email us at support@urvaorganic.com
  • Damaged and defective products replacement/Exchange will be processed with in 5-7 business days.
  • Send the product to:

Return Shipping

If returning a product:

  • Ship it to the address mentioned above.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is granted, return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

📦 For higher-value items, use a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
