📦 4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 2–4 working days.

• Estimated delivery: 4–7 working days depending on location.

• Free shipping is available on select orders as per ongoing promotions.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order is confirmed. However, we do replace items in the following cases:

✔️ Damaged Products:

• Notify us within 5 days of delivery at support@urvaorganic.com

• Send order number, invoice image, outer box image, and 2 photos of the damaged product

❌ Missing Items:

• Report within 5 days of delivery

• Share clear images of the package and invoice for verification

🧴 Spoiled Products:

• Must be reported within 7 days of delivery

• Include images or video and packaging date details

We do not entertain return/refund requests for taste, color, or texture variations, as our products are natural and handmade.
