We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order is confirmed. However, we do replace items in the following cases:

  • Send order number, invoice image, outer box image, and 2 photos of the damaged product

❌ Missing Items:

  • Report within 5 days of delivery
  • Share clear images of the package and invoice for verification

🧴 Spoiled Products:

  • Must be reported within 7 days of delivery
  • Include images or video and packaging date details

We do not entertain return/refund requests for taste, color, or texture variations, as our products are natural and handmade.
